Move the server to the nether portal and end portal created by the player

(A=Over,B=Nether,C=end) When the player uses the nether portal on server A-A, it does not move to A-B, If you move to the B-B server and use the nether portal on the B-B server, it would be nice to have a function to move to the A-A server instead of moving to B-A.
Likewise If you use the end portal on the A-A server, it would be nice to have a function to move to C-C instead of A-C.

I may not understand this entirely, but have you setup the new MySQL feature, set the server name for each server, and linked a specific coordinate and world name to the portal that switches the player to another server using /simpleportals <setswitchlocation|ssl> <portal> <world> <x> <y> <z> <yaw> <pitch>?
With the MySQL linked you could have a portal take you to another server's nether or end by specifying the destination world as implied in the command!
