In a couple of words, describe the feature you'd like to see: Option to remove onItemSpawn check

Screenshots & Media I don't use items teleportations (disabled it in config) but it's still taking some ticks, so it could optimise server a bit (running +150 players can be hard)

Perhaps not requesting the file every time it runs would be more efficient.
