Unstyled buttons and strange border when using the new discord media viewer

describe the issue When using the "Improved Desktop Media Viewer" which has been rolling out to users for a while, you get a strange border around the image and the buttons at the top go unstyled

steps required to get this issue to occur If you don't have the new media viewer, it can be forced via the "Improved Desktop Media Viewer" in Discord Experiments (I was assigned to Bucket 1 although the same happens with Bucket 2)

what client are you using Stable 386432 with Vencord D753478 running on Windows 11 24H2 (26100)

confirm the following:

• [x] updating discord (or browser/client/client mod) did not fix it
• [x] it was not caused by another theme
• [x] it was not caused by custom css
• [x] i am not using an extremely obscure client or client mod and i am not using an extremely outdated operating system
