Requesting to be added as an admin

There seems to be a big backlog of Pull Requests and Issues.

My simple PR is 3 weeks old: https://github.com/XXIIVV/webring/pull/920

I'd like to volunteer to be an admin.

I am founder/maintainer of a number of decently busy repos such as PLDB.io (https://github.com/breck7/pldb) and have been on GitHub since 2009 (15 year anniversary this year!).

Hey Breck,

I have access to internet about once every few weeks and it's when I handle PRs and things usually at the start of the month if I can make it work. I don't want the webring to explode in numbers and it gives a bit of time between new entries so it grows slowly. I'm not necessarily in a hurry to veto everyone, but if you're keen to helping me go through and close PRs that straight up don't qualify, that'd be great : )
