[Feature Request] -> Fragmentation for vless and vmess

Hi, the fragmentation works well for use in Freedom Outbound, but we need it to be used against Cloudflare with Vless/Vmess WS/gRPC to circumvent SNI whitlisting that is used for Cloudflare. Can you provide it? @RPRX
