Update test suite names to match parent directory

High Level Overview of Change

Change all test suite names to match parent directory name.

Context of Change

This is better because when reviewing the test failures for the first time its hard to understand where the test file is located in the source code. Sometimes the test ripple.app means its in the test/app directory, sometimes ripple.app means its in the test/rpc directory.

This makes it clear.

Thanks for this PR. Could you update the PR title to be bit more specific/descriptive of the changes being made? (Refactor is a bit vague :)
