Using the website http://xproger.info/projects/OpenLara/ Open the TR4 level "Race for the Iris", go forward until you arrive at the big trench that is not far from the starting point. Fall into the trench.

Now there is a tunnel in front of Lara that you can enter in the official game. But you can't enter it in OpenLara. It seems like door opacity 2 is processed incorrectly, in TRLE terms.
