Where to host?

When I try to run this code, I get the following error when pressing run after uploading a photo:

RuntimeError: CUDA out of memory. Tried to allocate 20.00 MiB (GPU 0; 7.43 GiB total capacity; 6.75 GiB already allocated; 10.44 MiB free; 6.82 GiB reserved in total by PyTorch) If reserved memory is >> allocated memory try setting max_split_size_mb to avoid fragmentation. Any recommendations on the kind of EC2 instance I would need to run this code? Can you recommend any platforms in addition to AWS?
