Missing Function features

Here are som features the ETS Functions parser is currently missing

  • [ ] merge FunctionPoint, DatapointRole (both from knx_master.xml) and GroupAddressRef (0.xml - in Function block) data
  • [ ] add meta information for the different function types
  • [ ] have a common way to parse them to xknx group address arguments (what is status, what is brightness etc.)
