Hide "Project" tab when user has not uploaded the ETS project

When you click the "Project" tab and do not have uploaded your ETS project before you will be presented with a blank screen and the console prints "error during reading group_addresses".

We should probably hide the Project tab if the user has not uploaded the project yet.
