Downloading speed

Speed is 500kbs, WiFi is working just fine and I don't have this problems on PC, maybe it is in phone?

Update: Somehow after few iPhone restarts it is got full speed, but then slows down again after few minutes.

I have noticed the same. Getting 5mb/s speed that drops after some time on IOS15
