[UX] The bitrate slider is too slippery to select a desired value

I had spent five minutes pressing controller buttons to hit the exact 15 Mbps, but I had no luck. I ended up editing the config file.

Improvement suggestion: If the user presses the button and releases it very quickly (like a mouse click), the slider will only increase by a fixed value (such as 0.1). This will make it easier to adjust the value to our desired value.

A quick and dirty solution I found for this in the meantime was to grab the slider on tablet-handheld mode and adjust it by moving my finger to the top (or bottom) of the screen without letting go of the slider. That allows for more precise movement and I was able to get to 20 mbps easily.

Guys, I really don’t understand why you want to have exact values, is it really so important? 😭 I just move it randomly around 50Mbps and that’s it
