Control the video latency and smoothness

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to make the image smoother. I compared with the Moonlight version of Android and there was an option to control the video latency and smoothness....

I need to check what exactly this option does on Android, but for now the only way is to lower your bitrate in app streaming settings

The iOS version also has that option, called "Smoothest Video." It's named differently from the Android version, but the functionality is the same and very useful.

Framepacing indeedb wouldbe great, sometimes frames arrive too fast. Despite framelimitingnat host. iOS option can help that with some latency jumps.
