Bug: Help text for "path" doesn't match on Add Page and Edit Page

Describe the bug The Edit Page page is missing the extended help text for "path" that appears on the Add Page page. To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Add Page' and look at help text under path
2. Got to 'Edit Page' and look at the help text under path

Expected behavior That help text will be the same on both
