List item creation - autofill "value"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. list item values usually mirrors the text. Perhaps it is best we autofill the value (similar to when creating a new page, editing the title also edits the path?). Usually only techies would need to change the value (like for plugging into an integration).

Describe the solution you'd like Filling in item text should autofill value. Maybe camelcased?
