merchant on vacation

Describe the bug merchant is not showing up to exchange resources

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'merchant area'
  2. Click on 'call merchant'
  3. See error

Expected behavior Some kind of interface should show up to enable exchange of resources (i tried all 3, nothing popped up)
