[Feature]: Add the ability to hang chains from the other end of a framed half pillar?

Describe the feature

Using chains in building stuff is good, but especially when you hang one from a ceiling, it looks like it's not really attached to anything/has no transition between block and chain, and I was wondering if it'd be feasible to add in the ability to right-click a framed half pillar with a chain to make it look like the chain is coming out of the other end, so you could have chains with visible supports/attachment points.

(Bad art, just wanted to try and illustrate the idea better.)

I like this idea, I'll add it to the planned blocks, shouldn't be too hard to get working.
