48M lens doesn't work !!!

Hello, I have a Mi 9T with anxcamera 185R on MSM-Xtended V5.0, but when I select M48 or photo Pro, the 48M lens doesn't work.. I install "48MPFixR_201" but nothing change ...

An idea?
