[AppCrash] unable to use AI Camara

Describe the bug The ANXCamara will be crash when take a photo in night mode or moon mode of AI Camara

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ANX camara
2. Click on AI mode
3. Switch to night mode or moon mode then take a picture
4. See error

Attach LogCat after doing the following

1. Restart Phone
2. Wait for it to idle
3. Clear Logs (adb logcat -c)
4. Start Camera, do the bug reproduction steps
5. Take Logcat (use alogcat or matlog, or adb logcat)
6. Attach Logcat to this bug report.
