[Feature Request:] Shareable (But Safe) Lecterns and Bookstands

Currently, bookstands and lecterns are either completey vulnerable or completely locked, meaning that if you can use one, you can steal the Linking or Descriptive Book. The only way to prevent someone from stealing a Book is to prevent them from using the block altogether. Is there some way to share bookstands and lecterns without putting the books at risk? The simplest way I can think of doing this is to get rid of the insert/remove part of the GUI completely and make it possible to remove a book only by destroying the block. Then any mod that prevents block destruction will prevent book removal. Other ideas I've heard involve locked lecterns/bookstands that open with keys or a redstone signal.

I'm going to add to this by saying the idea I support most is taking the Slot out of the Book UI and getting rid of the Lectern UI completely.

Page on Lectern

• Right-click: Remove Page to inventory if there is room.
• Break block: Drop Lectern and Page items.

Book on Lectern

• Right-click: Open Book UI.
• Break block: Drop Lectern and Book items.

Empty Lectern

• Right-click: Do nothing unless there is a Page or a Book in your hand. In these cases, place the item on the Lectern.
• Break block: Drop Lectern item.
