[1.12.2-0.13.4.02] Crash when generating certain ages

Receiving a crash when attempting to load certain ages. I've just been grabbing random descriptive books and about 2/3rds of them crash with the following error when clicking the link panel.

Possible vector - Open Terrain Generator incompatibility?

I can confirm, it crashes whenever the generated world type tries to use vanilla (Not void / flat / floating islands / etc) chunk generation. I crash just the same way when OTG is the only other mod. But then again, I'm also still crashing with a similar error with everything but OTG installed.

Can you reproduce this issue with only Mystcraft?

Same problem here. Without OTG everything is ok. crash.txt
