TC 30s InfoBox doesn't do what the documentation says

What should XCSoar do differently, what functionality should be added?

PR #1393 added the "climb rate for the current thermal since circling started". This is a good thing! However, the InfoBox provides the 30sec gliding average of the Vario, if available. And it does this regardless of the flight phase (circling or cruising). This is a good thing.

The "climb rate for the current thermal since circling started" doesn't make much sense when cruising. When cruising, the number in smaller font should not show. Or the number in smaller font should reflect the climb rate (or better total vario) since cruising started after the last circling phase. The InfoBox would help optimizing the flight path while cruising by showing the glide performance over the last 30sec and the glide performance since cruising started.

And as we are on it: the InfoBox's name should be "Vario, last 30 s" instead of "Thermal climb, last 30s". The help text should say: "A 30 second rolling average vario rate based of the reported GPS altitude, or vario if available. The number in smaller font reflects the vario rate for the current thermal since circling started or the vario rate since the current cruise started."
