using wallet v1.0.16

Getting 2018-10-10T04:19:21Z ERROR: ConnectTip(): ConnectBlock d0389ae779d3e282290dd455f52e030ce4f5c39a09017cdacf8d707514d26dfb failed 2018-10-10T04:19:21Z ERROR: IsMerchantPaymentValid -- ERROR: merchantnode with address: Xsr8g2GRPQfQ7A2VtvrBD9eu4t8Xr7tV6d is not valid for payment

This is called many times a second and logged to debugger. I also noticed network being slow. Please rate limit this call or something to make this less brittle
