Adjust project and item templates for FoxPro and XPP dialect

The classlibrary projects for FoxPro and XPP use the core class syntax. This should be adjusted. Also add item templates for the FoxPro class syntax and XPP Class syntax. Maybe add comments in the class code to indicate the differences between the Fox and XPP class syntax and Core class syntax.
