RP2 problem with export to .pdf with text block with a border

We have another little issue with the PDF export in the latest RP2. See the attached RPT – it has a text block with a border. When shown on screen the text stays within the border. When exported the text overflows the text box

We had this issue in one of the early X# versions but thought it had been fixed. Maybe its just a certain pattern of text that still causes it.
