Documentation problems for DESTRUCTOR

The documentation for DESTRUCTOR is bogus:

It was the "Syntax" part that I was referring to as bogus, but now I realize this part is correct. "Purpose" is wrong though for this and most other items in the section, will correct those.

I have corrected the "purpose" texts and also made some small improvements to the more detailed descriptions of a couple items. Still, documentation on many such items is lacking, wondering if we could/should shamelessly copy the information from .Net documentation on constructors, desctructors, properties, events etc...
