the overlay window is not responsive well

I upload my app on google play and I faced many issues one of theme is the overlay window displayed well when I download the app on the android studio emulator but when I run it in another app it zoome in to the center of my widget and took all the screen so please someone tell me how I make it responsive and works on all screens and adaptable with the design too .
