Move docs over to the github wiki, archive GitBooks

Gitbooks is terrible. Move everything over to the project wiki since we know it is easy to access and just works. No other services to manage and the wiki even integrates with other things that are important. This separation between where the code is and where the documentation is is part of what is causing the lack of documentation in the first place. Something something something I saw a TED once that said something something Donald Norman.

  • [ ] Get content over slowly, updating as we go
  • [ ] We only worry about the state of the current version, because the default response to users using the old version is "use the new version" and we have so little resources for this anyway
  • [ ] Organize the content by whatever means the wiki has (naming scheme, custom side bar)
  • [ ] Organize and remove old content like the v3.2 and big complex material unit test list which should be a comment in the materials unit test suite itself
  • [ ] Start referring to those links instead
  • [ ] Archive this, place a big warning sticker in gitbooks (if it'll ever update)

The best idea since the invention of the wheel. :-) Seriously, so much better. Thank you Ted!
