[Feature Request] Support new-version transformers

Dear authors, I noticed that mPLUG-Owl only supports transformers==4.28.1 for now, and I have tried transformers==4.31.0 and find mPLUG-Owl is not compatible with that new version. I wonder do you guys have plan to support transformers with later versions?

We will look the issue recently. As we are planning to release mPLUG-Owl-2, the next generation of mPLUG-Owl.
