i want cpanel theme which make vpanel looks like cpanel

A plan for that was https://github.com/WybeNetwork/VistaPanel-Themes/tree/basic-theme, which was meant to be the default theme but with cPanel icons (it was scrapped). I assume you do not want the default PaperLantern theme, but rather cPanel's new theme, Jupiter. There were also plans for that, but they have been delayed. I'll get it on my to-do list.
