Describe the bug The additional action button disappears or never becomes visible

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Antorus, The Burning Throne; Eonar the Life-Binder.
2. Click on We will defend you, Lifebinder.
3. During encounter, use additional action button and fly to top of stairs where the entrance is.
4. Additional action button then disappears.
