Description

when you fly you brek block slower (with fastbrek on of fast break of) fast break don't work bug foun in single player wold and in topt.pika.host's op prison mode

Repro steps

1. enable fast break in a multi player or single player
2. enable fly (or use fly mode of server)
3. you fast break don't work
