Eye-friendly navigation menu scroll
Description
The hack navigation menu as-is currently lacks responsive / animated scrolling. This pull request adds animated scrolling as a proof of concept for what friendly-scrolling might look like.
The scrolling looks better in 60fps.
Walkthrough
The changes to NavigatorScreen.java focus on enhancing the scrolling behavior in the user interface. This includes importing a new utility class for mathematical operations and introducing several private fields to manage scroll state and sensitivity. Additionally, new methods were added to calculate an easing effect for scrolling and to handle scroll limits and animation. Existing methods for mouse scrolling and screen updating were modified to incorporate these enhancements, ultimately improving the user's scrolling experience.
