Add an additional option for AutoTool that allows you to use silk-touch tools to break specified blocks

Description

The user will be able to choose which specific blocks will be broken with a silk-touch enchanted tool. This will allow you to mine the right blocks in the right form (for example, a person needs stone in its pure form, not cabllestone). Also on some role play servers the currency of purchase is diamond ore, and user needs to break it with silk-touch enchanted pickaxe, and it would be more convenient to have AutoTool take it out of inventory automatically.

What should AutoTool do when it can't find a compatible tool with Silk Touch? Just mine the block without Silk Touch? Show a warning in chat? Refuse to mine it altogether?

I think this is working (most likely); I had a fortune III pick and a silk-touch pick in my hotbar. I was holding the fortune pick in the main hand, autotool was on. When I left clicked (mined) a stone block, my hotbar switched to the silk touch pick to mine it.
