BaseFinder Nether/End Option

Description

By Default, BaseFinder mostly just has natural blocks from the overworld as "Natural Blocks". It does include netherrack and nether quartz ore, but those don't appear in the overworld and bases can be made out of those. My suggestion is to add three "Natural Blocks" lists, one for each dimension, and an option to choose the dimension. That way, BaseFinder would be more useful for finding bases in the Nether or The End.
