Merged (despite what GitHub says). It's commented out in HackList for now, because I still want to improve some things before releasing this feature. See TODO: comments in RestockHack.java for details.

Thanks. I've cherry-picked the commit in c35e3d0f5b60faedaaabc51fd29f0c085849eb8d. The Restock feature will be available in the next release.
