NoSlowdown no work

Description

NoSlowdown broken work only on blocks, no work on Shield,Eat,Trident and etc in main hand and offhand

Repro steps

1. Toggle NoSlowdown in ClickGUI
2. Test on Shield,Eat,Trident and no work, works only on blocks soul sand, honey block and etc

7.49

Minecraft version

1.21.8

1. Try updating to the newest version (7.50.2).
2. Now when you use a shield or eat it will only take away your sprint but if you were not sprinting before you were eating nothing will change.
