Fix PacketOutputEvent
PacketOutputEvent includes a way to replace the packet being sent through setPacket(), but it never actually worked.
The only mod that uses the setPacket() feature is AntiHunger.

The modifications in ClientCommonNetworkHandlerMixin.java mainly involve changing the method for handling outgoing packets from using @Inject to @WrapOperation. This adjustment includes importing necessary classes and updating method signatures and logic to appropriately wrap the packet sending process. These changes enhance the interception and management of network packets in the Minecraft client.

| File Path | Summary |
