no voice talking, not the delay bug

my problem is i write a sentence, but izabela is silent. no voice acting

no delay nothing even after minutes or hours shes silent.

To fix this is had to close and restart the program, but it can be shes still silent, for fixing it can be i must close and restart the program 5-6 times...till she speaks again. Dont know what this is i use Windows 10, newest version 20H2

and another thing is Izabela can work as example 1 hour totally fine and then she goes silent, same problem as above i had to restart izabela many times till she talks again.
