Feature request: folders support

First of all I'm happy to see native SailfishOS telegram client which is already performant enough and functional, great work! To make it even more shining (and allow me to finally switch from android app) would be great if folder support could be added. Just like in official version, but even better if it would allow dynamic folders, based on some conditions, like matching substring to chat title or folder with alll the chats where I was messaged etc.
