Working OAuth example project

Hi team

This looks like an amazing starting point for a new rust project but I am having trouble implementing the OAuth plugin. Is there an example project somewhere that can be cloned that shows the compelete setup.

The instructions in the readme might be a bit too light on detail as I cannot seem to get it to work.
