Memo support

Now that F-List's profile-based memos are available even to non-subscribers, I would like to be able to read and write them from within slimCat.

I didn't have any particular plans to implement this before, and I'm still not sure I have one now, since I don't think F-list's API supports this, and I've already had plenty of fun maintaining calls to internal endpoints.

Concerning the API, whe web 2.0 client apparently supports memos.
