[WIP] Typescript migration

This is a work in progress, it aims to implement Wowza libraries in Typescript to be used in Angular, React and perhaps lately in Vue.

I have finally got to write a npm packaged library, which I'm currently hosting on my github. https://github.com/farandal/wowza-webrtc

Nevertheless, I'd be happy to share this code with Wowza somehow, though, still is required to write some unit testing. I would be happy to collaborate to add this library in a npm registry, perhaps or not under Wowza. There is still some refactoring work to do, unit testing, coverage, etc... but I'll keep developing this library in the mid terms.
