Github addons are lost after re-scan of folders

Manually added github addons will disappear from the list after running a folders re-scan.

Possibly keeping a local list of installed addons, and cross checking if the folder still exists, to show them again without having to add them from scratch if they have not really been deleted, could be a solution.

Does this issue still occur? Or can I safely do a re-scan?
