Allow us to favorite/pin addons under Get Addons section

Sometimes you uninstall an addon because at that particular time it either doesn't work or you have no need for it, but you know that in the future you'll need it.

Let us pin addons in "Get Addons" section so we can both keep track of their development and to easily grab them whenever we need them (and also remind ourselves of their existence)
