404 error to connect

Hi, I've one problem and nobody can help me in Discord or Model-changing. I attached file my build.info, my appsettings (password changed) and my hosting file down

I've Ubuntu 17 and I followed all the steps. My build.info into wwwroot/systemfiles, my appsettings.json and hosting.json modified and when I did dotnet run, it charge correctly. But when I enter in my browser to http://ip:port/rebuild_password I receive 404 http error. error

I need help, please!!! Thanks.
