[Feature] Option to add a "Fake notch" to external monitors

Would be great if we can add a "fake notch" to external monitors.

On my case 70% of my time i use my MacBook attached to an external monitor, so i feel the lack of an notch to hover on it and open MediaMate to skip or go back on the song I`m listening to.

Please consider the case, i think it will be a great feature for people like me that use external monitors.

I'm still looking into a way to add hover functionality to non-notch displays! I don't know if a persistent virtual notch is the way to go, but I'll look into it!
