rewind/skip 15 seconds has issues (used to work previously)

Describe the bug rewind or skip 15s doesnt work properly. rewind goes back to the beginning of the song even if you're 1 minute in.

skip only skips once and for more than 15s

To Reproduce enable the feature and set keyboard shortcuts, open youtube music, play a song, and try to use the shortcuts

Expected behavior should rewind and skip 15s
