Hello

Where can I find older versions of this AddOn ?

The site only shows versions 2.0 above

I need for Firefox 56

I see. I guess they were removed by Mozilla at some point.

Your only option is to download the code for version 1.1.3 and build it yourself. To build it you just have to execute build.sh and it will generate the xpi. There was another way to add extensions for local development without needing to build the xpi in those old versions of Firefox, but I don't remember the exact details, only that it implied to create a file somewhere in the Firefox profile with a path pointing to the extension source directory.

Hello

Didn't work

Compiled and installed all right, but there are a few bugs:

  • It doesn't replace anything
  • It doesn't memorize the settings
  • The export button won't work
  • If I refresh the FoxReplace settings page, there's an infinite Loading... text on the center, and the previous rules don't come back.

Funny, I can import (from an newer version of it on a newer version of Firefox), but the imported doesn't stick.

Thank you for the support, anyway, regardless of solvable or not.

Firefox Developer 56.0b9 (64-bit)
