As reported - check out where the performance is going and see if there's some quick wins to be made.

I had to comment out a library I use in bootstrap.js because npm wouldn't compile my project without it. This needs to be looked into and resolved.

Enemy packs currently hold a lot of duplicate code wrt polylines, this can all be removed if it uses the polyline code. See #1419
